The Rectory

"La Rectoria" is a building that finally gave me access after a year of requests and conversations with different people, always unsuccessful until the last moment.

As you can see in the photos, it is not an abandonment in the strict sense of the word since it conserves the electricity supply, but the history of the place makes it worthy of a blog site.

The house that you will see here is an empty property from until 15 years ago and since the end of the 18th century the religious men of the demarcation were staying. It contrasts the enormous size of the building, the sumptuousness of the place, the furniture and the decoration taking into account that we do not even speak of a capital population of the region.

As soon as the 21st century began, in one of these rooms the last of the parish priests who lived here died, the day the door closed and this house ceased to be a house to become the object of desire of those who seek places from other times, anchored in the past.

It was a fleeting, quick visit, which did not allow me to mount the tripod and forced me to be precise in a single take per stay: I could not entertain myself because we did not have much time, so I had to hit the first one, there was no second chance . I would have liked to get some more elaborate photos but this is how it goes ... Still thanks that I could access.

I hope you enjoy the site very much.

Thank you for looking at the blog, greetings to all!
